CRAZY lucid nap / false awakening

I just had the craziest lucid experience yet, and it was from a nap I took. I was on 7 and a half hours of sleep was kinda tired.

Went to take a 30 minute nap before I went to a friends house, he was supposed to call me in 30 mins so I just went to sleep and tried to induce a lucid dream with several techniques I'll list them.

1.) Free falling thread techniques
2.) Visualization
3.) A little reverse blinking to relax
4.) Trance/Meditation

So I 'woke up' in the dream about 15 minutes after I went to sleep, I hardly felt SP besides a little spinning in the head which was weird. I had the lucid dream at first in my room which is very normal for me. I did like five different reality checks because I couldn't believe that I was in a lucid, they all came out positive of course. Yet, I still didn't believe I was in a full lucid so I tried to close my eyes again and get deeper which is where the craziness starts. I visualized a new scene which was my full upstairs and kitchen. In real life I was about to bring some alcohol to my friend Nate's house so I had it sitting on the counter. So in my dream I pictured the alcohol there also, and it worked I appeared in my kitchen and my mom had just got home. She asked me why I had her alcohol on the counter. At that point I had the weirdest feeling I ever had in a dream I felt like I was super, super drunk. I was passing out everywhere I went like I was too tired and drunk. I couldn't answer any questions and I knew it was a dream so I felt no need to. I stumbled over to a wrap around table and laid my head down while she was still talking to me. She grabbed my face and started lightly slapping me and say Derrick come on wake up... What should I make for dinner tonight? I couldn't even respond I was passing out but I was still fully lucid the dream was not fading.
I then appeared in my bed again, with some crazy sensations. By third eye area was going crazy with tonsss of pressure my body was waving like I was smoking weed, I was hallucinating like I was on shrooms and I still had the drunk feeling all at the same time. I also felt SP hitting me while I was in the lucid don't know how that happened, but the waves were going through all of my body, and certain pressure points hurt really bad. I tried to stand up in this false awakening which at the time I thought was reality, I managed to stand up but then I fell STRAIGHT on my face directly on my nose. At that point I knew I was in a dream because I felt like I floated before I hit the ground so I wasn't hurt, but it was a complete loss of muscle control.

I then woke up thank god... The only reason I woke up was that my phone was right next to me and the 30 mins was up ;)

I also had 3 little mini dreams before that, the first one that made me lucid was one where my headlights stopped working in a pitch black area I was driving in.

How many other people have crazy shit like this happen to them, I was literally shaking when I woke up. But I learned a lot I won't freak out next time this feels like a start to a great lucid trip :P

Damn that's intense. I can't imagine it being too fun to be knock out drunk in a dream >_< Around how much time had passed after you woke up?

Blimey...wouldn't fancy that for a lucid, note to self...dont think about alcohol in a lucid ;)

It was a 15 minute lucid dream, my friend was supposed to call me and wake me up 30 mins after I went to sleep but he called me 45 mins later :P Wish he had called earlier then I wouldn't have had this crazy thing ;p

I was going to say, very intense. I don't think it would be too fun either because of the lack of control.

I've had an experience while no where near as intense had some slight similarities to yours. I was at a friends house and i was sleeping on the ground. I had just woken up from a non lucid dream but realized that I hadn't moved or opened my eyes yet so I attempted to DEILD (I think that's what it's called). I felt the SP hit me instantly and i was trying to imagine like getting sucked into a dream. I never really felt anything except for the fact that I kinda folded into myself if that makes any sense. I opened my eyes and got up, but I didn't think it had worked. I looked out the window and realized it was my yard yet I was in my friends house. I quickly did some RCs to confirm I was dreaming. I went to walk out of the room but the dream started to fade. I started performing stabilization techniques, but they were failing. I looked at my hands and realized they were shaking and I couldn't control them. My eyes were extremely hard to keep open and half of my vision turned completely white. I woke up completely disoriented because apperently I was dreaming with my eyes open and when I woke up half my vision was still white for a few seconds and gravity like flipped because I was standing up in my dream.
