good relaxation technique
When i meditatei lye down and close my eyes then i imagine every muscle im my body relaxing from my toes to my head. use breathingtechnique in through your nose out through your mouth nice and deep breaths. Keep the rythim going with ur breathing and concentrate on it to relax. Once you have evrything relaxed start to imagine the sound of water in a lake. Hear the birds singing? visualise an idilic natural spot where you love to be and notice everything around you.
I also recommend meditation cd's which are rather helpful.
