Part Way to a WILD? I Got To Pre Sleep paralysis.

I woke up this morning at about 10.(I know it was late) but I was still kind of tired so i just kinda tried going back to sleep. I heard my neice call my name but I knew she wasn't there so I figured i must be falling asleep, so I kept laying down. Then My body started kind of vibrating tingling or something. and then I started hearing what sounded like Pilots talking over an intercom. It was really wierd, but not scarey I found it more pleasant. I got kind of excited at it, because i didn't really expect it to happen. I started thinking of things I learned about it(Probably Not Smart) and then I remembered something about breathing, so I started focusing on it and the fact it felt like I couldnt breath scared me, so then it stopped. I know not to be scared about the breathing it was just so unexpected. I'm sad though because now Im all excited and know its such a cool feeling it will be hard to induce it normally. Any Tips on how to get to this stage without luck. and How what to do once you get their. Thanks. Im still so excited xD.

When people recommend focusing on breathing, it is normally to relax yourself and coax yourself close to sleep. You would do this as one of the first things in a WILD. By the time you get to the stage you describe, it is time to stop focusing on your body, breathing, ect. Time to leave this world and this body behind, and pass into the world of dreams.

ya I know. But I wish I could at least get to it again. I think its gonna be hard to do while trying. and now if i wake up in the morning and try to go back to sleep im gonna think of it. So now its gonna be hard for me to take naps.. but oh well. It'll happen eventually if i keep trying.

      Right?

oh and I didn't mean it to sound like I was trying to focus on my breathing at that point. I just meant that I remembered them saying that it feels like its harder to breath so I started paying more attention and it scared me a bit.
