Poor dream vividness
Whenever i happen to recall my dreams, everything is extremely blurry. The colors are bland, everything is foggy and nothing seems very realistic at all. Nothing in the environements or characters seems like real life in any way.
I'm just wondering if maybe this is how i will always dream? As weird as it may sound, it just feels like when i dont wear my contact lenses lol. I dont know how to fix this problem but it really affects me and takes a whole lot out of the entire dreaming experience.
On the same note, when i think of colors or objects in my mind they appear blurry aswell. I have a fantastic memory and have excelled greatly in school but for some reason if i picture something just as myself, i appear blurry and unrecongnisable.
Any tips?

That's how most start out. If you practice the techniques here on dreamviews, you should be able to increase your vividness. ADA is especially helpful. You should look at Yoshi's guide.

I have read it all a few weeks ago actually, might have to skim through it once again, thanks!

It's a great way to boost vividness. You should also look into vitamins that might help. I take 5mg of Melatonin everynight and am thinking about buying some B6 or B12 as well.

hm lucid or non-lucid? also is this a new thing? if its something new look for the problem. for example ive been having a similar problem. then i remembered i just got out of school and my sleep cycle is all messed up from going to bed at 4am when im used to being asleep by 11. so all i have to do is wait for my circadian rythem to get back to normal.
