Best time to attempt a WILD?

Hey guys, I'm pretty new to LDing and I used to try to wild before I knew much at all about LDing and like many other beginners I failed miserably. So now I am more prepared to give it another try. I know that attempting it either during a nap or at the middle of the night. I am going to try it during a nap so what time is best during the day to try it? Thanks.

I'm not certain because I'm not a WILDer myself, but i think the best time was 5 hours after your initial wakeup or something.

I usually nap at 5-6PM. That works best for me when I'm trying to WILD. :) Good luck!

Okay so everyone is different. It really depends what time is best for YOU and YOUR body. Everyone is different. You have to keep experimenting and wake up at different time until you find the best time for you. I found out I do my WILD's best after 6.5 hours of sleep. Just keep experimenting and you will get there!
