Lucid dreaming or Dreaming lucid

Hello Dreamviewers, theres something that has been bothering me for quite some time now, here it is.

I think that when you get to lucid dream its because your subconscious remember all that you learned about lucid dreaming, What I'm trying is that you don't get to wake up inside a dream/know that your dreaming, You only Dream that you know your dreaming, your awareness and your other wishes are just part of your subconscious. ^.^

What do you think Lucid Dreaming is ?

becoming aware that you are dreaming while your dream happens

know that your dream within the dream. Thats pretty much textbook definition

A lucid dream is, like others have said, simply being aware that you're in a dream, with some form of mental consciousness which would otherwise not normally be present. Regardless of whether you're lucid right from the beginning or become lucid right before the dream ends, it's still a lucid. It doesn't matter if it was a short-lived dream or not, so long as you knew you were dreaming. :)
