Vividness and Recall
Hey Guys,
As far as I know, I had my first good lucid experience thanks to Crazyinsane's Can-WILD technique last night. But today it kind of feels like it was more of a regular dream than a Lucid one. I can remember entering it, and walking around and doing things, but I don't really remember anything vividly, and it didn't feel like I was really there. I'm fairly certain I was lucid, but I'd like to have more lucid dreams where I can really remember them, and experience them fully.
Would something like a dream journal help with this? Any other techniques you guys can think of would be great.
Thanks to crazyinsane for the first WILD though, the technique really works!

Congrats on the lucid, I'm sure you'll have many more to come!
Vitamin B6 (or foods containing vitamin B6), apple juice not from concentrate, and dream journaling all help to boost vividness, with the emphasis on dream journaling. It's very beneficial to record the dreams you have in as much detail as you can remember, because, a quick analogy - your dream memory requires exercise just like your physical body does. If you aren't keeping a dream journal, no matter how strongly you can remember your dreams initially, you're not getting that extra bit that comes from physically recording dreams down.
