i was preparing to enter a lucid dream the other night, i was just drifting off when my body was literally yanked up a few inches, into the air. it actually felt as if i had been picked up by something. after i became aware that i was in the air, after a second or two. i feel back down :shock:
has anyone else had anything odd happen to them while trying to enter a dream?
Lmao you make it sound like you were floating up IN REAL LIFE. But if your dreams feel that odd to you then you're doing something right.
that what it felt like. it took me a while of just laying there to figure out it was just a dream ._.
So next time try to make sure in your head that laying in bed is the norm, and try to make your mind auto recognize that levitating isn't normal!
Sounds like an out of body experience (OBE) or an astral projection.
yeah, thats a good idea, plus i need to get in the habit of doing RCs, since some dreams are way too realistic.
thatd be only the second time ive projected, so i wouldnt really be used to the feeling.Quote:
