Starring at self in mirror [YOU MUST TRY THIS!]

I starred at a mirror for about 5 minutes, and I begin to see myself differently, its like I wasnt the person in the mirror, I was looking at myself at ways I never looked at my self, I began to look at myself and feel scared, I was literally looking at myself and was scared of how I looked, Im not like ugly, but just the feeling that I gave off would make someone scared. Then something changed weird, I began to feel as if I wasn't the person in the mirror, like it was someone else, and I started seeing stuff move around me, first it was like these white cotton balls that were on the ground next to me started moving around, IT WAS weird, you should try this, its like you hallucinate.

I've always loved to stare into a mirror, it's such an other-worldy experience. In my bathroom I have a mirror on the back wall, and a mirror infront of me, giving me an awesome tunnel effect whenever I look at the right angle. I've found when I'm really stuck on a question or a decision, I'll look into a mirror and ask myself the answer, and everything will piece together and I'll understand it.

I made it a goal to look at myself in the mirror in a lucid, and I stared into a black emptiness in which I saw myself, with my regular features, with a darker, transparent version of myself over the top to the side. It was really quite interesting.

I am deathly afraid of mirrors so I will probably not do this.

Recently in my dreams I've started to look at the mirror... I see myself, except sometimes my hair is slightly different and I always have some kind of evil smirk... It's kinda scary. Though those were merely fast glimpses, I've never stared in the mirror for a long time to see what happened. Although there was one time were I stared into the mirror to see if it would cause a nightmare, nothing happened so I started screaming and hitting the mirror to see if it would work. Nothing happened, and then suddenly there was a scream that woke me up (when I woke up I felt really stupid for wasting a LD like that...).

This sounds similar to a spell I once read in a book called "Earth Magic" which is good, natural magic. The spell is about rendering a past life which you can see in the mirror while staring at your face. You light a white candle and set it down, stare at yourself, and chant "Oracle of lunar light, send me now the second sight." Your face will seem to dissipate and reform into one of your past lives. You can see events or memories of your past life in the mirror. Of course, this is all theoretical, like magic in general. I did try it actually, very intriguing.
