I think the reason why many people lucid dream is for the unique experience. In fact, its sort of a neat experience which allows you to experience a world without limits. So I think the question should be, why not lucid dream?
No. I am saying that the reason why many people struggle is because they are doing it for the wrong reason.
I am having some trouble ld'ing right now. I have had 4 of them and I want to have them to explore my inner mind and create things i cant in waking life.
Perfect test case. Try a different reason tonight and see how it goes.
1. I wanna explore a fantasy world that is limited to nothing but my imagination
2. I wanna explore my inner self
3. I just want to get away from reality.
I want to allow myself to open doors to my subconcious and the dream world I can explore.
