Help please :D
A lucid a night for two days! But they're not good?!
I had another lucid last night, But the thing that's really frustrating is that I never seem to be actually aware. I was aware I was dreaming, in a kind of office building thingy, very hi-tech (Maybe due to watching inception last night) And I was with my friend Laura. I began doing this stuff. I had sex with a dc , (didn't feel that good).
I kept looking at my hands, counting my fingers, to make sure I was dreaming.
But I didn't feel like I was fully aware, I wasn't doing all the stuff I would have done if I was. I would have flew and stuff :L
I know I post quite alot on the forums, thanks to you guys for continously reading them <3

I believe that in order to have a stable lucid dream you have to believe that you can do the things you want to do, tell yourself: "I have no limits for I am the dreamer, and this is my dream." believe that, expect to be able to do what you want,
for the awareness part, try focusing on senses, once you realize you are dreaming; touch something(the kitty is furry) see something;(the kitty is white) hear something;(it meows like an angel) smell something;(it left a present on your shoe) taste something;(it tastes odd, now you have hair in your mouth)
so yeah, that's all I got, if something is weird it's 2 in the morning and I might not be thinking straight. thanks

Did you stabilize the lucid right away? If not I recommend you do that next time. Check out this tutorial.
Just keep practicing awareness in real life, and your lucids will get better and better! Good luck :)

Thanks alot guys.
It's not that I don't stabalize, it's that I just forget.
I become aware, and completely forget and walk around doing stuff :)
