      Sleep paralysis? People move in their sleep/ sleepwalk most nights?

      just wanted to know as i thought the body is paralyzed

      I still don't know your question directly, but let me try to answer it. Sleep Paralysis is a process of the body to paralyze the body and keep it from moving. Let's say you had this wild kung-fu dream, if it weren't for sleep paralysis, your real life body would move in coordination of your dream body. Everything you do in a dream will also be done in real life if Sleep paralysis doesn't exist; you move your left hand in a dream, your real left hand will also move. Hope this clears up everything

      i think the question is how do people sleep walk etc when your suppose to be paralized, gooooooood question! as i use to have alot of night terrors haha

      According to ETWOLD, sleep walking and talking occur in the quiet phase of sleep, not in REM sleep.
