      Article about Lucid Dreaming

One of my best friends is a natural lucid dreaming, and she decided to write an article about lucid dreaming. She asked me to post it here ^^

I just skimmed over it, and liked the article, but there is 1 thing I found wrong:

There are two ways in which a lucid dream can be established, which is either dream-initiated or wake-initiated
There are a lot more ways to lucid dream then just DILD and WILD, but other then that, I like it!

Well, technically there's only two main ways you can become lucid - from being conscious through the falling-asleep process (WILD, DEILD, WILD), or becoming lucid when the dream's already started (MILD, DILD, EILD). But the wording is slightly misleading.

I enjoyed reading the article; very informative and easy to read.

We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.

A very interesting and comprehensive read, she has definitely done her research.

I have always marveled those who have the ability to lucid dream naturally.
