Are effects and "nearly had it"s signs of progression?

This morning I had 3 nearly sleep paralysis'. (?).

I never have S.P. Especially not in the morning.

Does this mean I am getting closer?
I have had an LD before, if a short and shaky one.

Does having more stuff "happen" mean I'm getting closer and more in tune with lucid dreaming, or did I just get lucky this morning?

      ......

of course it means you are getting closer, any time you are doing better than before shows progression just be determined
