have you been using this as your RC? it works well for some people, i don't use it often personally

I don't use this reality check often, but it works for me sometimes. I usually have a watch on all the time, and if I look at it and notice something off then I look away and look back.
If something has changed I realize I am dreaming. This also works if you look at text, look away, then look back. Anyway, I think it is a good reality check.
