      very strange reality check.

      Hey
After taking Vitamin B6 for 3 months and writing in my dream journal, i can now remember my dreams surprisingly easy. Last night, i dreamed a VERY surrealistic dream (I'm not going into details, because it was a kinda personal dream)
I did a reality check and things started to be very strange. My body started to vibrate, (first slow but then more intense and faster) and everything i saw in my dream turned VERY bright and white, like the inside of my eyelids were bright and white, instead of dark and black. I couldn't see anything because it was so bright. I've been lucid before (also by using reality checks) but this happens very often, which pisses me kinda of. I dont think its because I'm excited, because i stayed calm in my mind, and i've (as said) been lucid before. 14-15 times. Help me please.

The light, at least for me, is usually the last step before my dream begins to take form. What I do is remain calm and just observe the light but making sure not to focus on it to much. Eventually my dream world will begin to form in front of me and the possibilities from there are endless. If this doesn't work for you I've heard of people pretending they're being sucked into the dream and spit out. Imagine yourself going through a wormhole and coming out in a new world or dimension (your dream). If it works reality check and enjoy your dream, if not try other methods and find what works best for you. Sometimes patience is the best answer. Good luck.

It always happens in the middle of my dream, i think the problem is that i get too conscious because i've only experienced it when i was dreaming. Another problem is that no matter how calm or how much i try too relax, i wake up. The experience lasts 2-3 minutes.

But can someone explain WHY it happens, and why my body vibrates?
