My previous position involved working strange hours indeed. The problem is that I am having problems in trying to sleep "Normal" hours again. Is there any way to correct this.

Just try to adjust to them again....and these things might take a little time in undergoing routine!Quote:

Guess I should but then I would not be here at 4am UK time. Lol.
Hm.. I've had that problem, like during the transition from summer vacation to school. xD I think that by slowly going to sleep closer to the time you want to nornally go to sleep would help. You could always try to just get to sleep at the time, but that might get frusterating if you couldn't fall asleep, and may make you tired/grumpy/whatever for a while, until you get used to the sleeping pattern again.
YOu could try to stay up at the time you don't want to go to bed, and when you are at the time you want to go to bed you should be tired enough to just fall right asleep . Using some caffine could help, or maybe dark chocolate. A few nights of doing that will cure you most likely.
i just say pull an all-nighter and then go to bed at the time you want to fix it...but you'll be deathly bored/tired.
