I just saw a youtube clip that is both educational and inspirational.
If you haven't seen it it's just a basic tutorial of lucid dreaming, but a well made movie.

Well I never saw this before, but it is kinda old so it might have been posted before, but still, people should watch this. Not only is it a well put together video, but it does sum up the basics of lucid dreaming better than a bunch of people on here could in thread posts I think. Post this in the newbie section.
This was a great video and repumped me to get back into lucid dreaming and stick it out
