Any tips on doubling LD count?

Hi!

New to this site! I've been LDing on a regular basis for about 3 years now. It's only been within the last year that I've gotten my monthly count up to 4 or 5 LDs. What have been the best tips/techniques that others have to double that number? I'm gunning for 2-3 LDs a week...I HAVE noticed that when I've meditated or done yoga that I'm more apt to have a spontaneous one...

Otherwise my advice would be, DEILDs is a way to get alot of lucid dreams in short time.

You can try DEILD(Dream Exited Lucid Dream). It's a technique used to chain-up LDs. Last night, I had two consecutive LDs because of DEILD. I recommend you to read http://www.dreamviews.com/f12/puffin...utorial-96980/ if you're interested in DEILD. Hope this helps :)
