When you're in a LD does everything you do feel like how it happens in real life? Like if you we're to move your right arm, it would require and feel the exact same as if you were awake?
Everything feels just as real as when you are awake. It is hard to describe, but it can actually feel more real. You can see or feel extra detail if you are looking for it. You are no longer limited by your physical senses.
My lucids are different from reality in some ways... like for lifting an arm for instance, I'm not as aware of gravity. I don't feel muscles lifting the arm, I just think of lifting it and it lifts. I don't feel any aches or pains the way I usually do IRL either.
It depends. Depending on awareness and stability, the dream can either be less realistic than life or perhaps more so. If you're not aware enough to truly appreciate the world around you, then vividness (or at least memory of it) could suffer. Even if you're very aware, there are also stability issues sometimes with feeling like you're going to wake up, your vision being off in some way, or physics acting in unintended ways.
However, most everyone who pursues LDing seriously has at least one of those moments of standing in a dream, looking around, and thinking "This. Is. Absolutely. Amazing.", and those are what we live for.
Does it feel as realistic as waking life? It depends. Can it? Absolutely.
It definitely does not feel the same as waking life. It feels better. It feels just as real, but not the same. As soon as I become lucid, I notice it right away. Everything feels natural if I am not paying attention to it. As soon as I direct my attention to any specific thing, I will start to notice irregularities.
I find it feels different. The gravity feels a lot lighter than in reality.
