this is going to sound weird and i know most of you arnt going to belive me but alot of the time when i fall asleep i just atain lucidity and it happens alot like really alot and i thought it was weird at first but i really like it because i can atain lucidty really easily and i have tested if i am lucid i can tell because i can control myself (which is usaly not me but a different person) weird right tell me what you think. :banana: :D :cheeky:
Haha, it sounds like your a natural lucid dreamer. We actually have a lot of naturals here on the site, who can lucid dream without trying.
Being lucid just means that you are aware you are in a dream, nothing else. You don't have to have control to be lucid, just to let you know. :)Quote:

i know that but its more funn if i do plus it helps to know that i am and ive only been trying for like a month accualy less cause i picked it up and forgot about it and then this started happening for like 2 weeks now
You have to work for dream control :) it might take some time but you will get it
Well I believe you. I generally become lucid automatically upon falling asleep (it takes me around 3-15mins to fall asleep). It isn't weird at all. It's fun.

Thats right - a handful of people can attain that level of awareness immediately upon falling asleep (yours truly included :)), but developing good dream control is more difficult and takes practice and effort.Quote:
