How long have you been at it?
Lol we all try way too hard in the beginning! I think it's a necessary step. :cheeky:
About a week, but before summer I had 3 LD
There is no such thing as trying to hard, no offence. Maybe you're not going about it the right way? PM me if you want any information, or read some tutorial on DV. GL.
Nah, no offence, I have had results doing this before so idk what's different.
There is definitely such a thing. Stress in other aspects of one's life can have a negative impact on their LD count, as well as working to prevent them from achieving their first LD if that's the case. If you get frustrated, it creates a mental block. The key is to NOT make lucid dreaming something you "have" to do; you just have to enjoy the journey towards your next lucid, however long it may be. :3
To the OP, how do you go about your RCs? It's important to be very mindful when doing them; it's not the RCs themselves that cause the lucidity, but the mindset and awareness you create in your mind while you do them. You could even become lucid without doing checks at all, but they're definitely needed to simply confirm whether you're awake or not. :)
Yay puffin :p. Well I do do them meaningful, ask ky self if I am dreaming and really mean it, then do nose plug, reading, and time reality check to make sure.
