I was asked to expound upon zen meditation elsewhere - so I decided to start a new thread. It is my personal experience that this practice will help integrate your understanding and learning about lucid dreaming - and how it can both be reflected in and enhanced by your life during the waking hours. Just a little caution - meditation is like lucid dreaming in that reading endlessly about it is totally different from practicing it. And - it is all about the practice. The more you read about lucid dreaming - the more it can actually drag you down if you are not also practicing. This is true of zen meditation. |
