Why does it always seem to be like this????
Hi all,
Well, last night, the first time in a long time I had an astral experience.
This time without any vits; ie, Galantamine and Choline.
I have noticed that the G&C combination actually make the experiences more vague!
Also I feel very strange in the mornings.
The last few nights I have taken some 5htp though to help me sleep, as I have recently had a bug and my nights have been awful!
Anyway....
I found myself in a relaxed state and rolled out as usual.
Did this twice, but did not really get anywhere, things were too wishy washy.
Third time I decided to use some affirmations to help.
So...
I rolled out.
I found myself in a small bedroom.
I started to affirm that I needed clarity and awarness now.
Things actually stabalised.
I found myself in a small bedroom, the bed was a single bed.
The door was to my left. in front of me to my left in the courner was an old single wardrobe. Next to that was a small window with a curtian up. The curtian was closed and the window was about 3 foot by 3 foot. Just over from that to the righ corner was a small fish tank, with what looked like a turtle swimming in it. Then and chest of draws on the right and then back to the bed.
I managed to walk over to the window and pulled open the curtians.
Outside, there was centre left, a field. It had been snowing and some of the snow still remained on the grass. To the right of the field was a walk/pathway, bushes either side.
There was a pavement in front of the house, no road. Over to the left was about eight bungaloes on the other side of the street.
I turned around into the room to look around inside again and things just faded and I found myself back in my body.
Now the thing is....
Why is it, that every time I role out the body and remember, I end up in a bedroom???
The bedroom is always different, with the hallmarks of different people in them.
Its like I take on a different body everytime and walk around in someones else body for a short while.
Have any of you suffered the same thing?
I am begining to wonder why it always happens, that I end up in a bedroom somewhere?
Any ideas?:shadewink:
Thanks for reading...:D
