I've had like one WILD with WBTB; all the others have been through naps during the day. WBTBs do help increase my chance of having a DILD, though.
I also find that, if I do decide to WILD during a WBTB (and fail it), my chance of having a DILD goes up a lot more than if I just used WBTB.
I usually DEILD. But WBTB increase the chance of lucidity with every technique, in my experience.
And I think that is because of that you are getting closer to REM when you WBTB.
WBTB increases my chances for a successful WILD the most, but all the others increase my chances as well.
Oh, i didn't realise it was mutli choice.. My answer all with the WBTB, but i only with WBTB with MILD
WBTB definitely helps me, regardless of which technique I'm using.
I usually remember at least one dream when I wake up for WBTB which is already quite a nice start.
WILD still feels easier during naps, but if I want to do it during the night I can only do it duringWBTB.

WBTB increases my success with everything. If I do it alone, I have a good chance of becoming spontaneously lucid in the next dream. If I pair it with WILD or MILD, I can almost guarantee a lucid.
