Sleep Paralysis

I want to try a WILD but I have some questions first.

My family says I sleep talk, but my words are to slurred to understand. Once, my uncle said he was trying to wake me up. Then, I put my hand on my head and elbow on the bed and started talking in a slur. Also one funny thing that my uncle saw once is when he was sleeping with family relatives, he saw his cousin suddenly sit up and started punching with the hu! hu! hu! for each punch. Then he went back to sleep. Why do I talk if I'm in sleep paralysis?

I sleep talk and walk a lot! I talk with other people, and say things that doesn't make any sence, like "my brother is doing some math". I can be mad at people, and cry and scream. Once I woke up with a terribly pain in my hand! It's extremly annoying and it scares me.
I don't know why we're doing it, sorry.

The mouth isn't paralysed in sleep paralysis :) I sleep talk too .. :D

Haha I also sleep talk, the things that I say to my mum when she wakes me up is utterly retarded! ;)
