Was this lucid?
Hey guys/gals
I had a dream this morning and I don't know what to call it. I was sitting at the table talking to a family member and the picture on the wall behind them was upside down. There was also a 3D model of it on the floor nearby. I said to them "It's a dream!" And I got up and left to explore. Then I was running around the parking lot with my arms out trying to fly. This "LD" didn't seem like the last one where I seemed to make my own decisions. Now, I know you can be lucid and have no control. I don't know how to class this dream. Lucid and no control or Non-Lucid?

If you knew you were dreaming then it was lucid regardless of control.

If you knew you were dreaming, then it was a lucid dream. :)

To be lucid is to be aware that your dreaming, it doesn't matter if you have control (even if it is better). Well done! ;)

Okay. This happened before and I was confuesed because I didn't know if I actually recocgnized I was dreaming or if it was part of the plot for me to exclaim, "This is a dream!".
Well, I guess this makes two. The first one was better, but beggers can't be choosers ;)
I've been trying to practice KingYoshi's ADA (All Day Awarness) technique for the past couple days and I'm noticing more things from my daily enviorment in my dreams. Only it's not the way it's supposed to be in real life, it's different and I then notice I'm a dreamin'.

Then, congratulations!
I've also tried Puffins SAT technique in some weeks, with no bigger succes. Or, yes, actually. But I'll try it out in some months. ;)
Good luck!

I wish I had my wits about me more in these types of dream so I could preform an RC. Then I would really be with the program! This is only my second one, so, I can't be hard on myself. I got this far fast.
