Good ways to strengthen my Lucid Dreaming that fits into my schedule?
I'm still in 7th grade so I still have to keep up with my grades and stuff.
-Wake up at 5:00 am
-Finish getting ready for school at 6:00 am
-At 7:15 leave for the bus stop
-At about 7:25 board the bus
-Arrive at school at about 7:35
-Get out of school at about 2:35
-Get home at about 2:48
-Do homework at 5:00 PM
-Have the rest of my day to myself
-Go to sleep at about 11:00pm-12:00am (I know that's bad I need to change when I go to sleep, it would be helpful if you could give me a time that I should go to sleep)
So what would you recommend so I can strengthen my Lucid Dreaming? Since I have school for like 7 hours it's hard to practice my reality checks and stuff :uhm:
