Acting mouvements just before sleeping - can't explain more

Hello,

Just before sleep , I can see my self acting, and switching my body.

I got some hallucination before bed for ex:. I see a light , and my head gets down, ( to avoid the touching the light, ) as If I were walking with a dream body,

I could see water on floor, and my leg twitch off to avoid slipping ..

I can't explain this more, due to my english.

whatever, after that sensations, I knew am about to SLEEP, and try to stay aware,

But, bang, i'm sleep unconscioussly!

Any thoughts, and what is called that awareness state.

You are having hypnagognic hallucinations, that are from both falling asleep, and sleep paralysis. If i understand correctly, you twiched because you thought you were going to fall? That is called a hypnagonic jerk.
It seems you were trying to WILD. Did you focus on getting into sleep paralysis first?
Just keep practicing, it will pay off. Im in process of learning to WILD as well.
