Something weird happened

Move the thread if needed, I'm not sure where this quite belongs.

With the combined power of the Subliminal Lucid 1.0 uploaded by ninja9578 combined with Brain Bullet, (Set to "Control Your Dreams At Night, Display every 5 seconds, Display Time 2000 milliseconds) created a weird experience for me. I turned on ninja9578's audio file and read the stuff Brain Bullet was telling me. Somewhere in the middle of the audio file I suddenly felt a burst of energy, my whole body was buzzing until audio file finally ended. I went to sleep easily that night.

But I'm not sure if I had a lucid dream cause at the oment my recall is crap. Working on getting it back up there!

You can get those effects when meditating or trying to enter SP. Experiment with it and see what happens next time. You can achieve those things without any kind of subliminal messages though.

Subliminal messages for me killed my recall.
I have it here in my dream journal.
3 nights before the s.m.'s I had 4, 5, 4 dreams each night.
Used the s.m.'s: had 0, 0, 0, 0 then I gave up
Very next night I had 3 then 4 then 5, etc etc.
