After chewing pretty much every stick of gum in the pack (didn't mean to but the gum was so addicting) I had much more vivid dreams. I think my recall is back now o-o. Last night I remembered 3 dreams. One was lucid but I had no control, then I had a false awakening. Because of these results I will look into taking some B6 vitamins ;)
I've taken B6 on 3 occasions now (100mg, 100mg, 200mg) and it hasn't improved my recall at all sadly.
Don't start chewing those gums because you want to recall dreams. You will increase your tolerance quickly with that, so take two days off between intakes.
I love gum! I didn't know Stride Spark had B6. I will have tochewlook into it.
Yeah, I think getting the supplements in pill form would be a ton easier.
And what's this you say about building a tolerance to the B-6? Are we supposed to do like a 5 day on, 2 day off thing with it?
I've been taking 100mg straight for about 2 weeks.
