I've heard that lucid deraming has helped numerous people conquer feer, but can lucid dreaming be used to hypnotize you to... stop smoking, lose weight, ect?
I know that hypnosis is used to communicate with the subconscious.
Is lucid dreaming (conscious and subconscious together) a great way take advantage of this state of hypersensitivity?
Sure lucid dreaming can get you motivated and you'll improve your self discipline when you practice it. Not sure if it would have any physical effects though, but if you believe you can conquer your need for sugar or fat food by practicing lucid dreaming, then why not. You could have lucid dreams in which you gorged yourself on cakes or smoked instead of doing it in real life.
Yeah, actually. Matte pretty much covered it. Lucid dreaming can be a great way to stop smoking/loose weight. Instead of eating a ton in real life or smoking...you can just do it in a dream!
Of course it can, same has a lot to do with subliminal messages
