ive been slacking off...
Ive been slacking off in my lucid dreaming for a while now (actually, its been a month).I feel guilty for not keeping up,but, its been hard lately.School has been stressing me out as well,so I think that contributes to me slacking off.I havent done a reality check in a long time.Or write in my DJ.I even stopped doing my method (MILD).Before I started slacking off,i was having progress, and having a lot of lucids and near lucids. Now I can barley remember what I was dreaming about! And thats on a good day.I really want to have lucids again.I do have some motivation, which is my dream goal. Its the reason i started learning to LD in the first place. But its not enough.Any help would be appreciated:armflap:.

Well I suppose if MILD worked for you back then, resuming it can't be wrong. As well as reality checks for a chance of DILDing, not to mention doing an RC doesn't take any time to do, just try to do some while you're in school.
And if you can't remember what you did in your dreams back then, take it as an advantage that you still have dozens of things to explore in dreams. Also if one goal isn't enough, try spending some time here and there where it fits, thinking about what you could do or achieve with lucidity. Set some more specific goals, stuff you always wanted to try but never got to or maybe can't at all in reality.

Don't stress yourself out, I find a great way for inspiration and motivation is to read other peoples Dream Journals to find out all the crazy things I'm missing out on.
One of my main motivations at first was just the fact that I could remember so many dreams, so perhaps just work on your Recall for 2 weeks or so and your inspiration could come from that.
A good way of staying motivated to keep a DJ is to have a notepad by your bed so it requires minimal effort to write them down. ^^
