Just came across a fantastic video series on lucid dreaming. It's pure genius, especially the parts on how to fall asleep quickly.
There are several videos in the series, but I can't find the first one. I'm still going through them all myself, but I'm so impressed, I thought i'd share.

I wouldn't necesserily call all of that misinformation, it might work for some, and it might not work for most others. But it should be enjoyed with a huge grain of salt indeed. And you shouldn't likely buy that stuff, watching it for free is one thing but buying part 2 of that isn't worth the money. Especially when there's DV around.
