I only have a few acronyms that I use. I used to type "I don't remember" a lot, so I had IDR, but don't use that one anymore. |

After a few months of keeping a dream journal, I developed quite a number of symbols to annotate the events of my dreams. Anyone else come up with something similar? I figured I'd share mine. |

Lucid Dreaming Goals:
Lucid dream consistently [ ] DBZ-style fight with giant monster [ ] Find dream guide [ ] Write music [ ] Kill someone I hate [ ] Sex with friend's hot mom [ ] Be a girl (for curiosity's sake) [ ] Jam with a favorite band [ ]
This was what I just wondering. Thanks for the tips I'll be sure to use them. |

Marine ReconSwift, Silent, DeadlyDILD-14 WILD -5 FA-6
FA = false awakening, plus DILD and MILD and whatnot. I use general shorthand/chatspeak when writing out my DJ entries (like b/t for between, leaving out words like "the," etc). Oh, and I highlight when I become lucid in a dream, and write/highlight the type of lucid at the beginning of the entry so that I can find them easily. Otherwise, I haven't really established a system like yours. |
|
Yeah I also highlight the tiltes of my dreams so I can find them faster. |

I mostly use terms that we use on DV....but when I have a normal nonlucid, I make a dot before noting the entry. If it's a lucid or whatever, I'll note LD, DEILD, WILD, OBE above the dot. And if it's a nightmare, I'll note "NM." |
