sleep learning
Is it possible to learn a new language while you're sleeping?
if you're playing a language learning audio track while lucid dreaming will you be able to learn a new language?
would this be a faster way to learn a new language , or just learn faster in general?

I guess you mean playing an audio track in real life, whilst dreaming? and not playing one whilst in the lucid dream.. i doubt you meant that but incase you did, that wouldnt work lol, unless you've memorized the audio
As for audio tracks whilst your asleep, I dont know what the success rate is with these, though I would imagine its more of a distraction, leading to quite a bad sleep and killing your focus on lucid dreams, though ive had no experience with these
In my opinion its a slower way to learn, from the bad sleep it would just ruin your day, thus learning less in the real world

I would only use a method like if I wanted to relay one simple specific message to my subconscious, such as to remind myself to do reality checks. Trying to learn a whole language would be far too much more the mind to focus on.
Keep in mind that the mind has a tendancy to block out noise that it finds unbenefiticial to it if it's currently trying to focus on something else, like a dream. So over time I think the effectiveness would diminish if used for too long at a time.
If you want to take advantage of learning faster then I would recommend you learn to clear your mind, as a mind with less distractions tends to more open to ideas and is not distracted as much.

thanks for the replies.
I usually find that I dream about stuff that's happened during the day , kind of like I'm continuing to work on problems of the day in my dreams. More so if it was a long day and I'm really tired. A lot of the times the dreams don't make much sense , though. The dreams jump around quite a bit, and I'd like to try to control them more.
