instead of going through the lengthy process to achieve sleep paralysis wouldn't it be easier to have an alarm clock that goes off 4 seconds after it goes off because then you're already in sleep paralysis?

Deild
Can wild
If you have an iPhone there is an alarm clock called alarm clock sleep music,
It has 12:24 for the picture.
It has a 5 second auto snooze
thank you i wil download the app tonight
It can be hard to notice an alarm if you are already dreaming. Plus, it is almost impossible to get the timing right by setting it ahead of time. There are devices that will detect REM, and trigger an alarm at the proper time. Many people report the alarm transferring over into their dream and becoming a part of the narrative. Flashing lights might appear as car headlights. An alarm sound might become a police siren or music.
Also for the iphone, you can set an event on your calender. The noise will beep for about 4 seconds and then automatically turn off without you having to press any buttons. Make sure your phone i set to sound and turn the volume up!
This technique is called CAN-WILD.
yeah i was reading a can wild tutorial i just didn't have an alarm clock that shut off after it went off.
Lol how the hell do you wake up after 4 seconds :O Ive tried DEILD and i have to set me alarm for 2 minuted XD
^ Lol I know I thought the same thing, but he means an alarm that shuts off 4 seconds after it goes off.
I've realized this technique is to hard not that i couldn't do it i tried it last night so i set it so that the alarm would ring at 2:00 AM but i woke up at 12:00 AM and when i went back to bed either the alarm didn't ring or i slept through it because i woke at 6:00 AM 8 hours after i was supposed to wake up so i was mad.......but i think i'll just mix WBTB with WILD and see what i get.
If the alarm is not waking you up, or you share a bed(room), try putting your phone on vibrate in your sock. The foot tickle might wake you up where the sound fails.
hmm did not think of that thanks will try that but but i dont think you can make it so that when the calender date goes off it vibrates or can you
Once again it's called a deild not a can wild
DEILD is when you wake up from anything and stay still wether it's an alarm or just waking up regularly.
