This happens to everybody at some point. I would say don't start over completely. You had lucid dreams before, which means you were doing something right, so no need to undo what works. Instead, try to figure out what could be causing the dry spell and fix it from where you stand now. Are you still recording your dreams? What technique (if any) have you been using to get lucid and are you still using that same technique? Are you under any kind of stress from work or school? (Stress is known to cause things like this to happen) It might be that you're simply trying too hard and the lack of success is stressing you out. If you can figure out what might be causing it it'll be easier to understand how to fix it. |
