How do i know how many dreams i've recalled

I just wanna know that i recall dream but i couldn't know that it is how many dream when i write dream in the night and then in morning then i knew that it is 2 dreams but when i couldn't wake up in the night i recall a big dream with different environments but couldn't count them.

That's quite allright

No need to count them - longer dreams may have different environments in them, so offten you have no idea, if it's one long or many short ones. Many times you don't even recall the correct order. But that's no problem. Important thing is to remember as much as you can, to let your mind know, that recalling dreams is important to you.

Doesnt really matter how many dreams you had, the extent to which you can remember it is most important for recall. Though I normally differentiate the number of dreams by the change of plot or scene.
