In this hypothetical situation you are married (if you are already married never mind :D). You tell your partner about lucid dreaming and within 6 months he/she becomes a fairly good lucid dreamer (if your partner is a good lucid dreamer never mind :D). So you think its time to discuss something you didn't want to discuss.... lucid sex....

My question is: Do you think he/she should be allowed to have lucid sex? Even though you have no way of knowing. It is in a dream, so no real harm should be done. But what do you think, should they be allowed to have lucid sex?

This question has been done to death around here. What you do or think in your own mind is your property. Moreover, Fantasizing is a completely normal psychological process. I doubt there is anyone on this forum that disagrees.

If this is a serious problem in your relationship then you have bigger issues.

I don't think there is really a point in discussing it. Even if you wanted to, there is no way you could forbid him/her. It's like fantasizing, only more epic and more realistic. It's not a problem unless it makes him/her completely uninterested in RL sex. If that happens, spice it up a bit :P
