a tip on awareness

hey i think that when being aware place consciousness on your forehead /force it because it is said that thats where your brain is more active when lucid and also somewhere that when a part of the brain is activated for long when it is used even a some time after its use it is still activated/has residues of activity .when i used to practice all day awareness i unconsciously did it and i believe thats what got me having a powerful visualization power where i could actually fool myself of an objects presence believe me you have to be in it to experience it .

This makes sense, but I don't believe that it's the focusing on the forehead that makes it work. Focusing on just about anything will make dreams clearer and more stable, I thought.

I agree, something is definitely up with that spot. Focussing on it gives more vibrations than focussing on other spots. Many people believe that there is a chakra in that spot (the third eye chakra). It's also on one line with the place in the brain that regulates sleep if I'm not mistaken.

As much as I hate to admit it, I agree. When I get to that perfect point in meditation or WILD, I get crazy sensations from focusing on my forehead. It triggers all kinds of visuals and body distortions. When I am in a deep trance, I often notice my consciousness feels like it is located in this one spot right behind my forehead. It is a feeling that is hard to describe.
