Recently i've been trying to find out whether i verbalize words while im wilding,
i dont mean verbalize them during the ld, but actually speak them outloud.
I found that while im more aware of my body during a wild i think i've heard myself talking during sleep.
I dont always use verbal commands, but does anyone else use them? and if so have you any idea whether or not you actually speak them out?
Bare in mind i only mean during wild when your aware of your body.
