How To Get Lucid Dreams

Hi I'm 24y old my question is... What to eat, drink or take to have dream that u are in what I get from my research i know that smoking weed make your mind weak and u do no have any dreams but know I'm clean and i have like 2 lucid dreams in week but what to do to have them every night and what to do to have them longer REM. Eating late supposed make your nightmares but i don't have them I know that when U sleep on your back U will have dream cause your body will want to move on site but i can't fall a sleep in this position plx for some help how to dream every day:sleepmeditate2:
