creating a mastermind in your dreamworld as a tool for self growth

has anyone ever created a mastermind lucidly-as described in think and grow rich?
who did you include(anyone famous?), what advice was given to you? has it helped you achieve anything in the waking world?

this is something i would absolutely love to do if and when i achieve a level of control lucidly.(lost motivation for a while and im now keeping up my dream journal daily-remembering dreams every night now).

i would love to get and stay in touch with dream guides and see what my own unconscious mind will feed ack to me in the form of lucid dreams.
