      Your first lucid dream experience?

I'm sure this has been asked before, but hey, I wanna get to know the community around here, so let's have at it

So what was your first lucid dream?

I remember having one about two years ago that actually got me into researching lucid dreaming. I remember it involving a nearby high school and a giant floating head attached to a cloud with tentacles coming through the bottom.
I saw the head and told myself I'm not dealing with that, yet as I was about to leave someone came up and told me I can't leave. I looked back and I saw the clear blue sky started to turn into blocks, falling out of the sky and showing a black vortex behind it. This immediately made me aware and I gained control of my dream; I was lucid.
So I ran back where about 6 people were fighting off this hilarious head creature, I let them know this was my dream, showed proof by making myself lose all my hair and then gain it back in seconds, and with that I helped us defeat him by throwing shoes at him, a couple of grenade launchers, and myself using my now known dream abilities. Yeah, I don't know either.

So go ahead and share your first lucid dream. How interesting was it? Did you know about lucid dreaming when you had it? Let's hear it

Emma Watson and I flew through a portal into a space full of hundreds of massive planets. That's the best way I can describe that crazy realm we flew through. We eventually picked a new planet to visit, then I woke up during our descent.

Everything works out in the end, sometimes even badly.

basically i was dreaming and then randomly i realized it was dream, did the finger through the hand reality check and then looked around. After that i took a couple steps and then got caught up in the dream logic again and spent the rest of the dream chasing after this kid....
      It sucked....

Have it written somewhere but short version:

I got to travel over to spain, went to a church, demons came out of it and started killing people and turning them into demons, became lucid and fought them back, killed a demon and had to run away quickly.

My first lucid dream was a DILD. I got it five days after I found out about lucid dreaming (for the second time), and started to do reality checks.

I remember myself sitting on the grass, in the shadow of a tree. Then I looked down at my hands, which made me realise that I was dreaming. I immediately stood up and began walking. I could feel the dream quickly becoming more vivid, to the point that it almost felt like reality. It was amazing, but I told myself to stay calm in order to not wake up. I was walking in the schoolyard where I used to be when I was younger, and suddenly I felt a strong urge to fly. I jumped into the air several times, but the gravity always pulled me down again. During my attempts to fly, someone ran up to me and started talking about something. That made me lose lucidity, but later in the dream I had my second (and much shorter) lucid dream.

That was my first lucid dream. Maybe it didn't sound very interesting, but to me it was very entertaining!

      My first recorded lucid dream:

This was a dream within a dream. I remember dying, I don't remember how I was dying although I do remember I was being murdered. I was begging God for mercy on my soul. When I died, I woke up (still in the dream). I wasn't in a familiar bed, not mine nor my boyfriends. I sat up to relax, and as I sat up I felt a burst of energy (best I could describe it) I looked behind me and there I was. I just had an Open Body Experience. I freaked out, and immediately slammed myself back down into my body.

      I woke up.

I had my first one some time last year, having only read briefly of lucid dreaming and not taken any conscious measures to induce one. I honestly don't remember the start of it or how I attained lucidity but the first thing I do remember was being on a boat fighting off (I think) zombies as they were trying to crawl in. At one point, I sort of just thought "hey, why not laser beams, from my freaking hands??" and began blasting the zombies with bright blue beams of light Dragon Ball Z style. From then on I was just flying from one part of the city to another making absolutely anything I wanted appear. At one stage I decided to create my own glorious version of aurora borealis in the night sky. Then I'd fly to another area and make three beautiful women appear, which was more an exercise of power than lust. In fact, the entire experience was one big power trip, and the entire time I was just in awe at the fact that I was having a lucid dream and the world I was able to create. Even though it seemed to last for hours and I still remember the feeling perfectly, I (ashamedly) forgot most of it upon waking up. With that said, it was still one of the greatest experiences of my life and my immense pride upon waking up was matched only by the sadness that the dream was over.

My first lucid and all my lucids up now are DILD.
I was flying on a broom in my first lucid and it felt very cool. May be I'll always remember this dream, though I've had much more interesting and memorable lucids after that.

My first lucid dream was years ago, before I knew about lucid dreams or dream journals and, more importantly, before I knew about sleep paralysis. I don't remember much of the dream, aside from knowing it was a dream. At one point there was a large room with these separator things that didn't quite go up to the ceiling, like the walls in public restrooms or cubicles, and I was on top of these, crawling across. I think I was kind of drifting around for most of the dream, caught up in the awesomeness of knowing I was dreaming, and moving through places that connected in ways that only make sense in dreams.

Then I woke up. Sort of. I was in my bed, but I couldn't move and there was this weird background noise. It was really weird and kind of cool. Then I discovered the reason I couldn't move. There was a huge spider, at least three feet across. It must have bitten me. I freaked out, trying to flail about. Suddenly I could move again (presumably due to actually wakaing up), and I sat up. I saw the spider, and it scuttled off to a corner of my room and disappeared.

So yea, first lucid dream, first episode of sleep paralysis, and first hallucination, all in one go. It was really quite freaky. I wondered if something was seriously wrong with me. I experienced many more episodes of sleep paralysis on a sporadic basis after that. I think some of them were probably WILD's in which I couldn't move, because they lasted for a long time and involved very vivid imagery and sometimes I could sort of move a bit after a while if I tried. Then eventually I found out what sleep paralysis was by accident, and I was quite relieved to learn that it was normal and not unhealthy.

So yea, you think sleep paralysis is freaky when you know to expect it? Imagine it just happening and you having no idea what it is...

And this is why I think they should teach people what sleep paralysis is in health classes.

My first lucid wasn't all that lucid, but it was close enough. Anyways I sat in my house, teleported to California for some reason, and the decided I'm gonna fly. I made it a few feet off the ground before I got all excited and woke up.
“When you call yourself an Indian or a Muslim or a Christian or a European, or anything else, you are being violent. Do you see why it is violent? Because you are separating yourself from the rest of mankind. When you separate yourself by belief, by nationality, by tradition, it breeds violence. So a man who is seeking to understand violence does not belong to any country, to any religion, to any political party or partial system; he is concerned with the total understanding of mankind.”

I was on a dock next to a murky lake. I saw my annoying neighbor watching me. Oh hey, this is a dream! I started to literally fly out of the dream and my neighbor put his hand out to try and catch me but I woke up.
