Angry Sleep Paralysis / False Awakening?

So i had a dream a few hour's ago. I was on a beach with a old school friend of mine and a girl i know. The girl told me that i was going to wake up any second and i did. I opened my eye's and i was in my room. The room looked normal apart from the fact everything looked like it was moving and radio waves were going through it. I started to hear a loud noise in my ear as though a train was coming at me. I went to look at my hand's and i was extremely heavy and paralyzed . I immediately thought to myself Sleep paralysis and i started to panic. I tried to relax my body and after a few second's the room faded black and it was back to normal and i was fully awake.

So my question is, was i lucid for a second after the girl told me i was going to wake up and did i then go into a false awakening? and after the S/P slowly went and everything went black, wake up for real?

      Thank you!

It sounds like you really did wake up after the girld told you to and you just experienced halucinations. They can be both auditory and visual and are each common occurences in SP.

That sound's like what happened . For her to tell me to wake up does that mean i was partly aware i was dreaming / Lucid before hand?

It sounds like you may have been lucid the few seconds between when she told you and you actually woke up, but how fast your mind processed that I don't know. I often get lucid for a few seconds when a dream fades and I recognize this, but I will almost always still wake up. After that I just try a DEILD

Today I had a very unusual few dreams that I think are SP. Awhile back I had it happen too for example I napped on the couch during the day after a night of drinking. I then thought i woke up but of course I couldnt move. I could see everything around me in the living room it was so weird but really short as i panicked and woke myself up and I didnt think too much of it. But wow today BLEW my mind away. It also made it much worse that I never heard of SP til after this experience I had to look shit up. So this didn't happen once, but three times. Had a wedding yesterday so I was up really late drinking again. Today I napped as soon as we got back from the wedding and was so tired i fell asleep immediately. I wake up and cannot move. It didn't freak me out until i got the presence of something there feeling because that hadnt happened before. Then all of a sudden i feel something on my back(laying on my side), it felt like i was being pulled into something and i royally freaked out and woke up. I eventually was tired again so I fell back asleep. Yet again I 'wake' and see my room. Cant move. I knew something would happen again so I made myself stay calm to see what would happen. I'll always remember this too. I feel this pull from my back that i felt like i could fight but i didnt then bam im back into somewhat of a dream stage. I'm not really there though its just a screen, with just blackness around it and im totally aware of whats happening. This is wear it gets hard to believe. All i see is an aliens face staring at me. This is close as hell too, but it wasnt as scary as the being touched feeling. This thing stared at me then the screen flashed and it was a person being bitten in the neck from behind by some kind of like worgen looking beast. Then I woke up and was REALLY freaked out. I didn't even know what to do, i was scared but still so interested in seeing what would happen again. How real everything felt was so incredibly intense. Went to sleep again, got pulled into this weird looking at a screen dream, from the not being able to move in my room stage and saw this alien again. This time i saw the alien again, then someone screaming, but it was harder to see and went away and i woke. I think it might've been harder to see becuz this time when i went to sleep i had the lamp on but i could be wrong. Made me think of the dumb movie The Fourth Kind so I looked shit up about that movie and stumbled upon the idea of sleep paralysis. ANYWHO I just wanted to share my story cuz its a pretty insane experience. I swear my eyes had to have been opened during the room part though? Why else would I be able to see everything in my room flawlessly like that.
