Nightmares I Won't Them Back ! How !

Ok so me second question on this forum and its about Nightmares I didn't see any other related post. So how can I start... Maybe I'm sick but I love nightmares I love this adrenaline I try many thinks like it fat cheese before sleep listening to depressive music changing my surroundings to those from me childhood as well because my dreams are 86% daylight very rare is for myself to dream in night time so I was trying changing sunny day in a night but only what I experience then trying to fell scared when is dark there will be probability that DC come to me and worn me that this group of punks or just one dick-head from a group will kick me ass very badlyAttachment 2867 am I lucid or no my mind say to go back course he is not a object that I want to struggle (waste of time) in me dream better to flee and other I start to have problem with police DC could I call it a Nightmare I don't think so they just want to catch me beat me and lock down nothing special. I hate police truly that how I was raised... punks I don't like fight with some morons without a reason if its not about defending someone else. I miss running and fighting with the creatures of me mind creation that I never imagine, read, see in game or TV(cartoons, manga etc..)... What I truly want to achieve is being able to fight back monsters of me childhood do that what I didn't do before I know they have to be in my subconscious I still have me old D journal of my nightmares and believe or not I still remember them how they looks like what they did but still... SO I NEED YOUR HELP FOR THE WAY OF HAVING NIGHTMARES ! say about any of your worst dream enemy and if is here someone like me share your secret how get to your dark subconscious and your most hidden fear secret! if you don't have nightmares anymore i would say you conquered your fear. Nightmares are made of exactly that, you fears. so if you not having any then maybe things just don't frighten you

It sounds like you don't want nightmares to control you, but you want to control your nightmares. Big difference. Just learn to LD and you can set up situations where you can overcome your obstacles. If you get nightmares, that means you'll just be terrified... not sure how adrenaline could help you when you're not in control. You know that feeling where you try to run away and you just can't because your legs are like rubber? You don't want that. It will just add to your fear.

If you're absolutely committed to having a terrifying (adrenaline-pumping, maybe) experience, take some psychedelics... bad trips are easy to come by, especially if you're looking for them.

Sleep before you're fully relaxed.
And to some this sound bullshit, but it's scientifically right.
IF YOU EAT TOO MUCH BEFORE GOING TO SLEEP YOU WILL HAVE WEIRD NIGHTMARES.
This is because your digestive system have to work while you're asleep, thus making it impossible for your brain to relax.
It's not very good for your health, though.
