Dreams with no body

In about half of my dreams, I'm viewing whatever the action of the dream from some vantage point other than a body, whether it's right next to a person or several hundred feet in the air.

For anybody else who has dreams like this, what do you do if you become lucid during it? In all the lucids I've had before I had a body before I was lucid, but I feel like I'm letting half of my chances for LDs go to waste if I never get lucid off of the dreams where I don't.

I can't say I have experienced one without a body, but I do often have my dreams in the third person... This could possibly be relevant but I don't know? :S

These are what I call 3rd person dreams. Don't worry, they're perfectly natural. When that happens, and you become lucid, just reach out and touch something. If that doesn't work, spin around and imagine your body materializing around you.

If you.become lucid in one of those dreams and look down and you will find you actually do have a body as long as thats what you expect will happen.

Erm... guys... I think he is asking HOW to become lucid in 3rd person dreams.
I don't really have this kind of experience (meaning: I never got lucid in those dreams)
But, I think you should develop a habit and read at stuffs for RC. That way in 3rd person dream you can still RC.
