Controlling dreams
I don't understand why so many people try to skip from stabilizing their dream to controlling their dream on their first try.
I think if we just walk around without doing anything the dream will be much more stable.
Plus, since you're not controlling anything in the first place, Lucid nightmares' effect would be negated.

Simply focusing on the dream and being relaxed is a good way to keep it stable, but for many people that's just not realistic - exploration isn't as common as actually trying to fly or do other impossible feats. It's good to find a balance between doing what you want, and keeping the dream stable.
I'm afraid I don't understand your point about the nightmares, though. Could you elaborate? :)

Most people hate LN because they are unable to control anything.
It would be more easier if your objective is on exploring so sometime pain and even death would be interesting.

Its a pretty big generalization to say that most lucid dreamers can't control their dreams. Just about anyone can with a little practice. As for stability, doing exciting stuff doesn't necessarily make you unstable unless you get distracted and loose focus or have some sort of dogmatic belief that having fun will make you wake up. Also what do you mean by the "lucid nightmate effect" and how would not controlling anything stop it from happening?
