Starting last week on monday or tuesday i have been able to remember my dreams every night ive just started a dream journal that monday and from then on ive remembered my dreams for the past five days but not sunday any ideas ?

Definitely the dream journal. Writing in a dream journal reminds yourself that your dreams are important and really helps with dream recall. As for Sunday, that's completely normal. I remember a lot of dreams every night but sometimes will go a night or two without remembering much of any dreams.
Okay ! wow seems to be working quite well knowing since the first entry ive remembered my dreams for 5 days straight , but how could it work so fast knowing that i remembered a dream maybe once every two months ??
The significance of a dream journal puzzles me somewhat still as well. Making entries tells yourself that dreaming means something to you and helps you remember your dreams. Maybe it's because you wish to write more dreams in the journal so you think a lot more about remembering your dreams which definitely helps. Keep it up and soon you will remember multiple dreams per night and will have a much higher chance of becoming lucid in those dreams.
okay sounds great the last night i was able to remember 2 dreams ! , i feel that my motivation and belief is helping out to :]
That's a great! Motivation as well as belief are key factors in becoming lucid. Without them you would never reach the point of being a good lucid dreamer. Keep up the good effort, and good luck :thumbup:
